Note: Editing billing information and viewing invoices can only be accessed by the Account Owner.
Once you are logged into the Console, you can edit or update your billing information using the drop-down in the top right corner (1), and navigating to My Account (2).
Select Edit Billing from the panel on the right.
From here you can update your account's invoicing details so that your monthly invoices reflect the correct information. For example, the purchase order and/or organisation name can be edited to reflect the preferred details associated with the account. You can also update your payment method and credit card details from this page. (Note that EFT/Bank Transfer is only an option for certain accounts.)
Remember to select 'Save' after edits have been made to either the Billing Details or Payment Method section.
